07.08.2021. Updating my review. Now on the app the option to set the alarm has disappeared. Apparently I have to set the alarm on the main panel now and can no longer do it from authorized devices. This is frustrating and annoying. 10.16.2024. Updating my review again. This last update is making the app virtually unusable. The screen is frozen every time I open it, I can't scroll, I can't view video, I can't arm or disarm my alarm. It's useless.

Very slow startup. Door lock always shows refreshing app hasn't worked since the update. Android system says app isn't responding. App is just horrible not worth having. Gets worse with every update. A whole year later nothing much has changed. It's been a total of 4 years app is still horrible. ¾ of the time it doesn't respond

If I could give this ZERO stars I would! The app and the service is a joke. Our camera works when it wants to. I recently changed my wifi router and I'm suppose to reset the camera and touch the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the app to connect the camera to the new wifi. However, there is no "+"!! How can I use something that doesn't even exist? 🤦‍♀️

At first I was having no issues with it, now it's not communicating with the security system. It keeps saying that I don't have authority/authorization to alarm or disarm my system. I called my security service and they had me do a test to see If they receive any signals and right before that the app starts acting right and then now I goes to set it for the night it back to doing what it was doing before. Stupid update messed up everything. Your IT department needs to fix this FAST!!!

App no longer displays any sort of notifications, app is up to date. Worked fine for a year and no longer works. No notification of the alarm turning on or off, going off, smoke detectors going off. This is why we switched to this. Support is non existent. Several Emails have gone unanswered.

No major issues until the most recent update, can no longer control smart devices from the app. I now have to go to the panel to control thermostats and lights. The other security devices work, but the point of the app was to integrate my home and now I can't, very disappointing. Also, there was no communication about this, I'm dreading having to re-enroll security devices which happens somewhat frequently my doorbell.

Works for basic alarm functions Doesn't display all options as on panel * No (z wave) light or socket control option on cell phone(device isn't displayed) * Cannot "bypass" an area once alarm is On/Active. * "Potential" for integration and control, but not quit there yet...Looks nice as it has a clean interface. I just switched from a competitor and had all options available that do not exist with this one.. mobile connection keeps disconnecting also..(scary)..

The idea of this app is wonderful. The layout of the app is pretty user friendly for the most part. Getting the app to not log me out, to refresh, and to actually work when I click on the camera is the problem. Of this app consistently worked, it would be great. Also, not much customization options. But I do like that it's independent of a company so it's just us who are logged in seeing the info.
