I couldn't wait to delete this app. 1) it sends ads as notifications every 2 days and there is no way to turn it off. 2) it didn't even work once I arrived at the gate. Thankfully it worked to pass through security but once at the gate to board, the app refused to locate my boarding pass. Staff had to check me in manually both times. 3) only available in Spanish. No English or Portuguese options. Everything about this app is inferior. Utility, design, ease of use etc... screenshot your pass!!

Looks like there's not a way to select a language. Spanish only. Even in Spanish, can't do much. Even can't find your reservation (that I could see). Tried to access my res using Chrome on Samsung phone. Didn't work. Downloaded edge browser,successfully accessed airline my reservation, but quirky. Some bugs to work out.

- The app saves almost no data when going back, meaning that if you want to recheck the flight you lose the passenger form - Choosing seats can't be done in the app, you get redirected to the web - Adding your address shouldn't take 9 fields. Street, number, floor, apartment should be only one. - Argentina should be the default country for your documents - It is pointless to ask the expiration date of the DNI. - All in all, at least the app can actually be used to make a booking, unlike the web

This is the worst airline app that I have ever used. Note: web-checkin does not work. You have to use the website...and even doing the web-checkin they request to make the queue at the airport...this is the argentine way..

Very bad. When do you the check in it doesn't save you the image. You have to email it or make a screencapture to keep the qr code of the check in. It does not work to actually see the skyteam card or frequent flyer member.

Be careful when installing the app Supposedly.... by rumor.... there is an option to define your language. I saw nothing of the kind and see no way to change the language within the app. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the app - which I did - but still saw no option to change the language Seems like a basic function of an app, no?
