I don't know if it's because it's back to school season, but having to sort through all of the take a photo to be entered in a drawing things in search of something that actually pays is frustrating. The filtering doesn't allow you to filter by jobs that offer money. update 9/22/24: now the filter just doesn't work at all.

This app used to be a good way to make a little extra cash However for the last month now I have been unable to cash out because I am unable to connect my bank account. I tried to do it manually but the deposits to verify never get sent (waited over week). And automic verification gets stuck when I try to save. Contacting support was futile cause they either pretended to not understand my issue or really didn't. Either way they were of no help.

A great source of passive income. If you're at the store or in the area of gigs already, why not? The app responds well and is intuitive, but gets cluttered quickly. Needs an option to sort by, and exclude certain vendors (7/11, BevMo, etc.) as alcohol off option doesn't truly work. Cashing out is slow. UPC's are wrong often and there's is often no option to report items discontinued. This side gig is low-skill, low-pay, passive income.

It's been crashing. It can't read my location and no one from field agent has followed up with me. UPDATE! If you're experiencing problems check to see if your storage is almost full, or if there are games using up the data. I just deleted two of the games I was playing and saved all my videos to USB. Now field agent app is working.

As much as I love this app the worst part is hands down the response time for help. I've put in an email from an issue on Friday. It's now Tuesday and still no response. Other gig apps I use I can text someone or send an email and have a response within minutes. By the time I get a response from FA my job had to be canceled due to the time given for the job expiring. Let's fix this! Would make things so much better for this app.

There's been an issue with available jobs in the app this week. There were tons of multi-display store walks, & I claimed 2. I planned on claiming more once I finished the 2 locations, but now it shows no available jobs. Every time I clear cache, force close the app, & it shows a quick pop-up about an error with refreshing the list. I tried refreshing, & that didn't work either. This is happening while connected to wifi. Please fix it. Other than that, I'm getting more work this year, though.

Waste of Time. You get raffle tickets for surveys. The items are never in store, and there's no way to let others know not to waste their time looking for something that doesn't exist. The Eye Spy is usually a list of items that have the wrong UPC. The audits are not worth finding 30 items for one penny per picture. Sometimes the real estate photo thing is real, but they are rarely close enough or easy enough to find to warrant the effort. It needs a "times attempted" stat to help users.

Haven't been able to use it lately due to a location glitch. Otherwise I'd give it an excellent rating. Not just me either, my cousin is experiencing the same. Please fix. The change earned from this app is perfect for when I'm in a pinch. They pay you fairly quickly and it's usually just enough to buy a pack of smokes, a beer and some gas in the tank,,, depending on how many jobs I am able to do before they go into another agents pocket. 4 stars because it's not working right now
