Apparently you can't set a feeding time for 4p. 4a works just fine though. Many features missing from their auto feeder were available from other feeders a decade ago. A manual feeder with a smart plug provides much more functionality and value than their autofeeder. Not to mention that the battery backup for their auto feeder doesn't work without a network connection. Anything else is an improvement over this brand.

Barely functioned before the latest version but it was manageable. Version 1.8.7 (latest) broke WiFi so now these feeders are not smart as they refuse to connect to my 2.4g network. Performed a complete reset to try and setup as a new device...still fails to connect to any network. At this moment in time, these devices are just really expensive manual feeders.

GPS collars work. But, this app is terrible. According to the app the charge hasn't changed and the collars haven't comunicated with the app in 3 days! One of the collars is constantly blinking NO LTE but the other coĺlar is fine. both were purchased at the same time and live in the same house. If the app doesn't correct itself I guess I'm stuck calling support again. Already replaced one collar. Frustrating.

Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it now works again. Increasing to 4 stars, could have been 5 if customer support reached out to me after I emailed them. Original review: I can't save any changes to the meals anymore, can't edit food amounts or create new meals. There seems to be bugs. I'm on Android, if it helps. The app used to work great.

Had to attempt pairing with my feeder 15-20 times on 3 different devices before it would work. Even after successfully pairing, it claimed the feeder was offline, even though all the functions appeared to work. This was after using the feeder flawlessly on the old app for 2+ years. As others have said, they forced users off of the old app for the feeders which worked perfectly fine, onto this one. Wouldn't be a big deal if this app was actually ready.

Not sure how everyone is having so many problems. I have 3 2nd generation feeders that all work pretty well with one big problem: time variance with feeding I have two dogs that get very confused when one is being fed and not the other. I spoke with support who said this is due to slight time variance with the feeders, which is ridiculous because these are WiFi devices. I pointed out that having them synchronize periodically with a time source. Other: allow to skip feedings

Bring back the old app - that one actually worked. I cannot turn off the schedule, it turns back on by itself. I cannot delete meals or change the times, it just spins or gives me an error. If I hit snack or prime feeder it does nothing. Yes, it's connected to the internet without issues. Fix your broken app

Overall the product is good(3.5 stars). I have been using it over the past 8 years and enjoy not having to get up early or rush home to feed my dog. The 2 issues I have are 1. On my 3rd feeder as parts break and 2. The app does not allow for individual feeding setting. (I.e fast feed in morning and slow feed in evening).
