- The app used to had a comparison option (of the months and years) in previous version but the comparison capability is gone in the new update. I found it very helpful. Appreciate if you can bring it back - App doesn't have English version - Offers are not very clear based on the price cap that government imposes

Not the most optimal app, UI crashes often, login requests are random, some pages become blank and remain so for days on end. Notifications that pop up and then lead to nothing. This app could be a game changer if a little more effort was put in it. I do appreciate the comsumption feed display and simple UI when it works.
A Google user
Nothing special compared to other energy monitoring apps (for example oxxio). Nothing better either. On the other hand, no possibility to import your use history from other apps...or even from a csv file. That doesn't really encourage your use improvement process. Got only multiple "jammer, kan niet!" responses from Client service on the chat. I won't be using this app.

Currently the App doesn't work anymore at all. It forces you to update your current app. However, there is no update to download. An Uninstall plus a new download didn't help either. The app is simply NOT working anymore without any possibility of logging on...

After the latest update, it has gotten very slow when you want to view your history. It is lagging when swiping, which makes it much harder to look at your history.

Random login requests. Cannot login anymore and somehow the password reset done via browser (double checked several times) doesn't sync with this app. Also not after reinstall.

Very premative app which looks like it was designed by a kid , logging in is SO difficult why they don't use an easier way with DigiD ? Basic information is available nothing else , very disappointing app .

Why can't I just have a dashboard with: Is my monthly payment too much? This month's usage compared to last year. Last 6 months usage compared to other household of the same type (save my type) In one screen with nice graphics
