Every few days I have login the app and type in my user name and password. Use to be good and no problems, now it's comes to the point in not useful anymore just use browser as asks the same thing (user name/password). And yes, I tried everything, restart, remove, add app again, update to latest version, bla bla. Several days, no response from NZ Post. They are probably too busy with making staff redundancy until there is none left!?

2 parcels picked up at the same location, same time and day, yet the second parcel is still in the north island, stuck in wiri since yesterday while my other parcel is here with me right now in the south island. Considering NZpost has upped their prices, I expect tracking and better updates if you're gonna increase prices, poor job, no better than Aramex, at least Aramex doesn't cost an arm and a leg. EDIT: Can't access app, just loads, rendering tracking useless. I'll be sticking with Aramex

Nice attempt but most of the time I just end up using the website because it doesn't stay signed in and switching apps to use a password manager from the sign in screen, which is a web browser rather than native screen, closes the browser so it's impossible to sign in that way. And the app's UI in general is just jankier than the website's.

Worst app ever! Never works efficiently, always slow to load and you name the parcel but next time you open the app, the names gone. This app only had 100,000 downloads because 5,000 people have tried to make it work 20 times!! Uninstalled for the last time and using "aftership". A Chinese site that sends text messages at every stage of the delivery and texts "delivered" before nzpost even have it updated as such, on their website!!

Would be better if it could be used without an account as signing in is problematic and I get logged out for no reason sometimes. Difficult sign in process as the sign in page reloads if you switch away (eg if you use a password manager) and is slow in general. Would be good if you could paste in a tracking url link instead of having to copy just the number as this is what I am usually sent.

Latest update causes app to log out every day or two..... Still happening weeks later fixing up on app again! Hurry up and fix it and remove the required login to use app.... There is no need to force the user of a account.

Login and password changes not available or not visible = poor user experience. A fail imho...

very disappointed. Gave up trying to use this app as nothing appears to work and nothing appears to be very logical. Maybe it was designed by AT - Auckland Transport? Have gone back to just track and trace on NZ Post website.
