great experience migrating to Rocket. Sim arrived at 4pm and was up and running ,number port complete in less than an hour. App works well and no problems at all

Apps pretty glitchy, too many options. Definitely need to be simplified. Had my number ported same day idk what everyone is on about. Also I could cancel and choose another plan within 10 mins of asking (did have to pay) recently my plan went up in price which pisses me off but other than that it's still the cheapest unlimited data plan in NZ with hotspotting. Speed is nowhere near what they say though. So I'd definitely go back or original cheaper price.

Can't transfer over to this company. It won't accept my card and keeps telling me insufficient funds when I enter my card details without even had selected a plan yet. App is glitching can't swipe across to any of the products or other options. Sign up is very difficult and confusing. the worst part of all is there's NO phone number to just call and get help with your issue. My Sim card onky just arrived, haven't even topped up and I'm on the the search for a new provider 👍

Cant login with Google. When I click the button and select my account it just goes back to the first screen. If you click on sign up, you are locked into that screen now. Pressing back crashes the app, and restarting it takes you to the sign up screen straight away. Fix your app

I ported from a 2 degrees physical simcard to an eSIM which was fine but RCS chat detected the temporary number even after my number port so I let them know and they sent me a physical sim instead. Transferred my original ported number from eSIM to physical sim and now I have no isaues. The customer service was great, helpful and I had no issues with them so not sure why people bag them?? I find their mobile app easy and functional, never had any issues... 👌👍🤙
