I had to un-install the app, and now that I installed it back in there's a bug that won't allow the app to open. I didn't have any issues until today. I really do like liberty wallet! I just hope it's fixed ASAP

Reported the app to Google for being suspicious. There is no legal requirement to for my GPS on. They're just taking and selling your location data. If you grant location requirements, it pulls your location several times an hour with no limit.

Absolutely terrible app. Authentication takes several minutes over a wifi connection and loops through 2FA multiple times before failing. It barely worked to begin with.

I was pleased with the app until recently. Now, every time I try to browse the store, I have to manually tell the app which store to use. Location permission has been given - why isn't it being used? In any event, I'm too lazy to bother when it's easier to just go elsewhere. You lost my business.

Never been able to use it because I can't get my bank to link. There should be no linking of accounts in the first place. This should be a very simple operation of PURCHASING credits with a debit/credit/gift card, then using them in store. Until the actual basic functionality advertised by the app exists (PURCHASING credits, not linking an account) I can't give it more than one star. And I'd give it none if that were an option

Update 12/29/21: This app is useless. My previous bank account was removed without explanation and is no longer supported through this app. I lost all my earned rewards customer service does not answer any emails. No response at all. I opened a new account which is on the list (AEX savings account). Now, I'm being told that I can't use that account either. So why is it on the list? Don't waste your time with this garbage.

I've had the app for a few months and have used it, I don't live in Massachusetts. But I can't understand why I can't access it now, just because I don't live in Massachusetts. That's just dumb. You lose customers that way, so I'm assuming that you just want Massachusetts customers only. Why have you changed?? I guess I won't be making the trip anymore.

At first it worked OK then the app wouldnt except my banking. It now tells me the credentials are wrong, signing in. It wont take my bank info again so I dont use it to get money, I use it for rewards. I love the place, the people are funny and nice. Prices are resonable. Close to my home. On the way to restaurants, grocery stores. Good locations.
