Sooooooo sloooooooooow.... Even when the app isn't showing a loading indicator, it takes an exceptionally long time to move from screen to screen. And it triggers the Android OS "this app isn't responding, do you want to wait or force quit it?" Notice about every ten seconds. If you're extremely patient and avoid accidentally clicking the "force quit this app" notice, you can get through the screening forms and connect to a physician. So the app technically works, though is extremely finicky.

App freezes and closes without me being able to access the doctors. Took me over an hour just to register due to the number of times it closed. Then kept getting error saying app unavailable, so I gave up.

App crashes whenever video is about to start. The entire waiting in line process works, but I had to use someone else's device to ever get a call through.

Got transferred twice, waited a half hour, and spoke with the rudest doctor. They can't handle common things like ear infections so it's pretty worthless app and process. Coupled with the charge (should be fully covered by insurance) this app and essentially the entire process is useless. If you have a runny nose I guess this might be up your alley, but otherwise it's a complete waste of time and technology for them to offer this service and then not offer care.

Two stars because I could set up my account and schedule the visit (though it did quit partway through that), but the app kept randomly quitting, and my visit had to be completed by phone. Luckily I didn't have anything that needed visual.

Waited for 30 min, then when it was my appointment the app crashed and wouldn't allow me to rejoin and I lost my spot in line. Terribly disappointing and frustrating. I did get in after waiting again, and it worked well then.

The app works great but I happened to be out of state during my video visit so the doctor refused to see me. She said it was considered practicing medicine across state lines which violates her license and that UW was very strict about that. I totally understood and told the doctor to disconnect our call. But that requirement should be made clear in all communications made with patients. Many of us travel extensively for work. Make sure you are in the state when you have an appointment.

Useless! Don't have insurance and this seemed like a reasonably priced solution. Paid $60 to get help with an ear infection only to be told I have to go to a specialist. So is my infection supposed to just fester till I find a specialist I can afford? It's the third bad experience I've had with telehealth platforms. Save your money and find a clinic. They're usually just as expensive and you'll get better care...and the telecare docs are going to send you there anyway.
