Oh no. The app that manages to not work when you need it most. It used to be somewhat reliable, but then in the past year, it got worse. While scanning the QR code has always had the same probability as landing an OHKO move in Pokemon, requiring manual input, sometimes it still fails to connect to the bike due to an "unknown error," leaving me stranded on multiple occasions. Also the map likes to freeze lately. I have since bought a motorcycle and travel around the city that way.

A terrible app. When I tried to use it to get a bike, it would not load the drop-down menu for the state or country. When I finally got that working, it kept rejecting my password without any instructions on what it would accept. Then, when I updated the password, all of my payment address info was gone, so I would need to re-enter it. Deleted the app, won't use Tugo in Tucson.

Velo Traveler

Straightforward, usable app, nothing too fancy but it gets you on a bike when you need it. Only two problems I've found: 1. No scale bar on the map. 2. If you've tapped on a station that's not the one where you're standing at, the app refuses to unlock a bike even though it should be able to figure it out.

I love the bikes share service and use it nearly every day, but this app is so buggy. At lest 3 times a week I get notices that sayim not close enough to unlock when I'm literally touching the dock station. I have location turned on and have selected the right dock. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work, and that only works about half the time. When the app works, its great. But I've been late to important work meetings several times due to this consistent prpblem

This app doesn't work properly and doesn't allow to finish ride. I locked bike in and it still charged me extra $30 because it thought I was riding after it was locked. The app offers a button to finish a ride which I clicked and it didn't show any confirmation but displayed list of bikes available - when I closed it, button was not active anymore. They thought I was riding for 3 more hours.

Tried to rent a bike and it had a flat, but I was still charged for the four minutes I had it away from the dock. Tried to rent the other bike that was there and kept getting error messages. Walked to a different station that had two available bikes, but the app said all the docks were empty so I wasn't able to rent anything. This app is totally broken and I would not recommend using it.

The instructions were unclear about having to have data plan to pay near the bike, so i got charged twice. i called them and they said there was nothing they could do as the trip was shown as completed, even though it has been only 5 minutes since i paid for the two trips i never got to take. Not to mention the fact that the lady on the phone was rude and abrasive. Do not use this service if you're a tourist without data. Hopefully they can improve by making their instructions clearer.

Was very excited to see my town had a bike share system but was ultimately severely disappointed seeing how not even functional this app is. Long wait times, app randomly restarts itself and takes forever to start up. Drains your battery and it was impossible for me to unlock a bike. The codes did not work on a single bike and it kept saying I was too far from a bike. I was excited that maybe this would help my town become less car focused. But no, it seems this app has been abandoned.
