Immediately had an error after I first installed this app and tried to use it. At the login screen I got this error message, "We could not load your page because of a connection timeout try again later", so I couldn't even get past the login screen. I'll keep using the original MyChart app as I don't need another level of frustration.

My experience with the swedish hospital app has been so far positive. I used it for a week and I am happy that I can review my healthcare information and test results without any delays. I was at the swedish ER a week ago. And as doctored and nurses was asking me questions and placing blood tests and exrays I was able to view the results as they became available on my phone through the app while in the ER rooms bed. That was a great experience for me as far as the flow of results to the app.

This app should be available on a computer. Large images cannot be seen well on a tiny phone screen. Downloaded app on phone but the verification code has never been sent to my email, trying for 2 days, so cannot get results. On hold again.

The Providence My Chart app is an excellent app and very easy to use. The providers at Grant Creek Clinic monitor the My Chart app very closely and typically get back to you the same day. This My Chart app is a great tool for the providers and for the patients as well. Very convenient.

It's a pretty dumb app with too many layers of security and doesn't really help me feel in control. It's should open at a useful page. I use it for contacting my doctors(good luck with that) I don't know if I got old and stupid, but I find it confusing.

This app is so amazing. I get to see what my labs say and really feel that I get to be involved with what is going on with me . Everything is up loaded instantly. and it has my history on here from the years going to providence hospitals. and it helps with appointment amazing really amazing

I have downloaded and installed this app twice. I have never been able to log in. As soon as I hit the log in button it tells me it timed out and couldn't log me in. And there is no tech support on providences web page that I could find.

I've used My Chart for over 2 years and it has been so convenient and helpful. However, lately I keep getting error messages when I try to do e-check ins & have to try multiple times to finally get through. Otherwise, I love this app to keep track of my health.
