The app crashes a lot, and the page load time is quite high. The verification process is quite arbitrary and subjective. Though the content is community sourced, it is repetitive. The support desk does not respond for days. It's not something which one would relate to Gartner. Buggiest App and worst support.

App keeps crashing everytime. Also, there are so many descripencies between App and site. App was generating 6 digits code, but was allowing only 4 digits. I think it is fixed now, but started crashing. Needs to do a better job in testing the app.

Not good. Constantly crashes. Support is VERY unresponsive. At this point, I'm just trying to cash out what I have and leave, but it won't even let me do that. It's ridiculous. Pulse was a lot better and actually worked and gave rewards. This? Not so much.
