Won't let me log on even though my details are correct, same user and password opens the online site but this app doesn't respond, phoned the help line and when they looked into it I was able to log in but as soon as they closed my query it stopped working again, I'm getting a new phone soon so I'll wait and try it again on that.

Really unreliable. Crashes everytime I'm trying to search for a hotel. Now crashes if I try to book a train. The developers break more things than they fix each time.

crashes and crashes on HTC running android 5.02 so annoying as before a simple email from work would give me all the info I needed, now a new layer of complication, but as this app crashes before I can read anything I am forever having to email my company. real shame

Rubbish app. Shows a trip then if I navigate round the app the trip disappears until I restart the app. Generally gives no useful information
