Doesn't let me crate an account. When I try, it instantly crashes. After you finally create your account, it doesn't let you change your name and whenever you try to change your profile picture, it crashes or doesn't work. 2024 update: I have been using this app for more than a year now and all I can say is that it is still a 1 star app. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't let you log in or some features disappear from one day to another

What an amazing app. Amazing at screwing up everything multiple times over. The video call feature which includes using your device's microphone and camera is terrible because the audio/video quality is bad. Moreover, the feature itself barely works as we've had problems with it the past 3 days and have kept on moving to different platforms to be able to hold courses. Absolute terrible experience, I would rate it negative stars if I could. If you're reading this, don't waste your time on it.

While the concept of this app is quite good, the way the app is built as well as its functionality is just the embodiment of mediocre and hands down awful. It's so bad that it makes you want to go back to pen and paper sometimes. Try enjoying the application itself if you even manage to get to that point since the registration process only works on hopes and prayers. The application is also generally slow. Good luck navigating through it with the insane waiting time for everything. Needs work..

This app is terrible. It's extremely slow to start, even on a decent phone. I get notifications days if not weeks after they're sent by the teachers and many times they don't even come at all. The interface looks very bad and I find it very difficult to navigate. There are many many features that are hidden in menus and that are very difficult to get to. On top of all of this, from Monday to Friday the app is barely usable. It just can't handle many people at once.

Any file doc or photo just don't work, it just says The file doesn't exist anymore or Error. :( In rest the app is actually pretty good I like the features that it's offering. I just can't open any file and it's pretty slow so... But hopefully those problems will be solved soon...Oh but I got no notifications even though I made sure they on.T-T

The only reason I use this app is because my grades are more accessible. Now, I can see assignments and messages from teachers. But the overall user interface and how this app is built makes me bang my head on the walls. This app is so slow, and I have amazing internet! It sometimes randomly logs me out and it doesn't let me back in. You should improve the UI, make it more modern and appealing. Fix all the bugs present.

The overall experience is not that great. It needs a UX review to improve the user experience. I have found a bug and don't know where to write it, so I'll write it here. If I have two kids, and one of them is currently selected, when I get a message for the other one and I tap on the notification, it goes to the message, but I cannot see the content because it does not switch to the other kid automatically.

I DELETED MY REVIEW NOO LET'S ALL REVIEW 1 STAR SO IT CAN GET TAKEN DOWN. the app is also just trash it loads very hardly, it doesn't let you change your profile picture and most of all it doesn't show notifications. don't install this.
