Unable to copy the Awb number. It can be a nice improvement to be able to copy it for using with SteFan, the virtual assistant or for detailed tracking. Many other courier apps have it also.

Can't create a new account without an error message from minute to minute, and actually can't even search an AWB without some sort of error and on top of that after all that waiting to search your AWB for a bit more detailed report you find the same or even less information as if you would have searched on their webiste. No phone number to contact the driver, no details just vague specifications, on which you add all the errors.

Useless app, it provides no extra functionality compared to other mediums of interacting with FAN(i.e. sms messages). If possible, avoid FAN as a service. Unreliable and scammy, unethical practices.

Cannot extend the time period of how long i have to pick up my box before it's being returned. Other delivery box services allow for time extension, this one does not

-100 stars. They destroyed my expensive package compley. I sent my s22 ultra through fan Courier from olx and they destroyed the screen. The buyer then refused it and they returned it to me just to find out they had completely damaged the screen yesterday. Thank Goodness I have photo and videoproof of the phone handing over to the rider. Currently talking to my lawyer to find out the next step as their support doesn't answer or completely ignore you. See you in court. Useless service

Useless. I would have expected to get some help about a package, maybe help to talk to some operator, not just a robot.

Horrible app. For creating a new AWB, first issue: at the recipient address, fixed telephone numbers are not allowed, you get 'invalid number' message for everything starting with '2...'. Second issue: when adding a new sending address, in the end the same main existing one is used, the newly added one is ignored. Other issues: it doesn't remember your login between starts, when recovering the password, the email field is hidden under dots, like a password. It's just the email, guys. Please fix!
