Awesome idea, horrible service. I bought my first book, perfect, but as I was working on the second one it just said "syncing," it's been a month and it's still syncing. My only alternative is to erase all the project and restart it. I have send emails and contacted them, I even said on their survey the issue had not been resolved and... you guessed it, it's still syncing! Not using them again.

Added my photos and the process was easy enough. But then the final price came and I was SHOCKED. Even after a 25% discount the book came to $225! Never would I EVER pay that price for a book of pictures. Uninstalled immediately.

The app itself feels empty. There is not a lot of options and it's confusing to use. No option to choose what size of book, no option to change fonts on the cover..the app won't even let me select which photos I want from my phone. Don't waste your time. Find a more user friendly option to create a photo book.

I've used this app to print a photobook before and loved it. So, I returned wanting to make anoyher one but the app juat wouldnt load. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it, then it wouldnt get pass the login page even after I put all my credentials in. Its just forever loading. You have really got to fix your app! Such a shame!

When my partner sent me a link to create a book together it would only take me to the play store to download the app even though I already have it and when I open it I'm sent to the home page of the app itself so can't even use the co creation feature. 1 star because that's literally the whole point of this.

Th ine app is horrible.You can not delete a photo you accidentally included.No way to put captions.No option to organize the photos in your own arrangement.The developers have some work to do.
