App doesn't work. Tried multiple methods of trying to connect the app with my newly purchased air con and it can't connect up with the unit at all. So tired of IoT apps in general, but this one is truly useless

Not sure if it's the app or the heaters that are playing up but I find this app to be buggy the app gets a message to say the heater has done as instructed you then go to the heater and find it has not turned itself off as instructed by the app

Works my air con unit fine. Just wish it would work with the 5g wifi and not only the 2.4
