The app is slightly better than the website but it's quite a low bar! It works OK. My main gripe about the website is two glaringly obvious features that are missing - first, automatic top ups when the balance is low, and second notification of low balance. It seems insane that you would build this system without those. When the app was announced, I thought, cool... finally with push notifications they will have fixed at least one of these missing features! Have they? No.

Somehow, I've managed to stop all emails to my account for the last few years. I relied on the autofill for passwords and had to keep my old phone alive for it, as I can no longer re-set my password and there's no contact details on their site to sort it out. I have now lost the ability to auto log on and canr re-set password, money has run out on account and I can't top up.

Works ok but there are bugs in it. I just paid for the fund and the page kept the spinning circle dr few minutes. It didn't come back to normal page despite the payment went through quickly. Work on it guys, it's for parents and children - you don't have to milk every penny to make it good. Fix it please.

Been trying to make payment onto an account which has been working fine the past 2 years to now find EVERY time you try to make payment with a variety of cards it just says payment failed, Absolute clown show of an APP from garbage but just about functioning to now Useless and Infuriating. Well done Everyone Involved 🤡
