To access bill, the app redirects to web portal. The website ask for otp authentication for login but it do not have enter button to submit and move further. I am using android mobile and have tried via desktop mode as well for website. It's same for long pls someone address it. Can't access system to download bill evwrytime.

The app is very basic, not have all the features which it should have, we need to refer the physical copy for detailed information. Payment option is also not upto mark. Most people pay bill via UPI these days, although other platforms have the option to pay DHBVN bill but still if you have included bill payment option then all the modes of payment should be included.

By far the best example of how pathetic govt apps can be. For every single option, it redirects to the main DHBVN website which is an ordeal in itself. It almost seems as if the developer doesn't know what an app is supposed to do. This app should be banned for having the worst UI/UX or maybe used as an example on how NOT to create an app.

It is convenient to pay the bill but the major drawback is that we can not see the bill details apart from the amount. We have to wait for the physical copy of the bill to know the bifurcation which doesnt makr sense. Why to waste paper when technology is available for our use

This site never works in day. Also if you somehow manage to reach the payment, it fails in almost all payment modes as the server is very slow to respond. Suggestion is to try in night times only for chances of getting the payment cleared.

It's a good app. as far as making payment is concerned. Only draw back is we can't see the detailed bill as in previous/ current reading & Period for which month the bill is issued.

The user interface is very bad; it can't even properly display a full sentence. Additionally, it's not showing any data or meter readings. This application is useless.

It provides very good features and is easy to use But I have a request to you that you should also provide the facility to view the details of electricity bill calculation.
