I really love the whole conecpt of the app! Using the phone for everything is a bliss. The no contact check-in and out and the key is easy to handle. Maybe the only thing that has bothered me is that when I used it for the second time (my partner always added me as a second guest, so I wasn't the main user) I had to put in all my info again. It bothered me a bit but I had no huge problems with the app.

Let's see, it is easier to go to the reception and grab the key than use the digital check in, I tried many time to grab my booking with the app I only get the message try later, then I do the check in, using the website they sent me, I am checked in but the key doesn't appear in the app, I used twice, so far it is not working for me

Add PayPal or Google pay as payment options. Paying by card doesn't work. Also make connection between desktop and mobile app better. I hoped it would be possible to fill everything on mobile and pay on PC, but I had to redo booking again and on PC app crushed during signing. Less fancy sliding windows please and more actual usability.

First time I've used aeroguest but found it really easy to use and like the idea of being advised prior to arrival if your room is available prior to the standard check in. I had also requested two single beds but original check in realised I had been issued with a double bed so was easy to change in plenty of time before arriving.

It's cool that you can use the digital key to get into your hotel room, but after my stay, the app wouldn't stop running in the background. Honestly don't have the patience for that nonsense so I just uninstalled

Beware of this app + MenuPay! They promise to save you money on restaurants, etc. but when it comes time to pay, you get "not connected to the internet messages" and end up paying full price! Total waste of time, and costs you more money than expected!

When booking a hotel, it crashes everytime I reach the payment. Clearly an issue with the app. When contacting customer support they tried to brush me off and I was told to use a different card.

I am so tired of apps like this. I registered with my mobile number and password. I then tried to log in with these details but it wouldn't let me as mobile not recognised. So I tried to reregister but I couldn't because the mobile was already used! Seriously why would I trust any one with anything if I can't even log in! What an utter waste of time. Rubbish.
