I've noticed this app does not load if I'm near a Cinepolis, outside of Mexico (USA) or if I'm using my roaming data (LTE provider is from USA), it only works if I'm connected via wifi in MX and this makes it frustrating and inconvenient to even have/use. UPDATE: Now the app does let you login nor add your rewards card without a login, it just keeps getting worse.

I can't remember why I had previously deleted this app but I'm about to delete it again. Every time I try and open it, the app never makes it past the initial load screen. Just stick to using the website on your mobile browser since it appears this issue has been going on for months and they continue to work on a solution as their replies have been saying to other reviewers.

As an avid user of this app, I always appreciated the convenience of being able to buy my tickets online. However, I've been experiencing some frustrating issues lately. When I try to open the app to purchase my tickets, it simply won't load. This has been a persistent problem for me. As someone who relies on this app for its ease of use and time-saving features, I'm hoping that the developers can fix this issue soon.

$$$$ being lost by the minute. App not working at all. Everytime I see the Cinepolis logo, I cannot imagine the amount of money they are losing by the minute by the App not being functional. I used to go to the movies at minimum once a week at Cinepolis and pre-purchase tickets through this app. Now I spend all my money at Cinemex because they have a functioning App. Thanks but no thanks.

***Edit: There is apparently a Cinepolis USA app (that for some reason doesn't come up when you just search "Cinepolis" in the app store), and it seems to actually be functional. Just a heads up for any other USA users. For more than a YEAR, the app just sits on the loading screen forever and never actually loads the app. Completely useless. How a company this size can't even fix this and have a functional app, after it being a known issue for *SO* long, I can't possibly understand.

The app never fully loads. I looked at the reviews. Everyone is having the same problem. Cinepolis is responding, but only in spanish. To English comments. Thanks in advance, Cinepolis, but I'm not going to reach out to your email in spanish. I'm sorry.

It doesn't work at all. Won't even open the app. Edit: 1 year later from original review and it still won't get past the initial load screen.
