Loved it at first, now the all of the fuel type options are not showing, can't see premium or regular unleaded anymore, those 2 options are gone and if I chose midgrade it won't show me the price until I close the app down and open it back. Absolutely useless to me if I can't see the gas prices, that's the main reason I use the app. We have multiple QTs and all of them have different prices and the app made it easy to see which one had the best price, Gas Buddy isn't always accurate.

Update: After 2 phone calls, 2 emails and 2 hours of trying to change my bank information, it still will not change. I definitely do not recommend this app! The app is great WHEN it works. And the process to change your card & bank information is absolutely ridiculous! They have to cancel your account unless you want to create a new email address to use and then it still won't let you change your bank information. Absolutely useless!

App was working fine until I needed to change my card. Doing so deleted my QT pay account, which removed both the option to scan (receive discounts) and all my loyalty points. I contacted tech support, and they told me to stand by until they had a solution - that was two weeks ago. The only solution was to make an entirely new account and permanently lose all points and rewards.

This app is always having problems. You're going to have to improve or I will take my money to a different gas station. What sense is it to have a discount app that you can never use... It appears like everyone is having the same or similar problems with no resolution in sight. I haven't been back to the store since the problems began and won't return until they are fixed. I'm a consumer and there for the discounts only. Had to edit this review once more to drop the stars to 1. 👎🏽

I've been using the QT pay just to take advantage of the 25 cents off a gallon, but lately it's only been 10 cents and now the app doesn't even work when I scan the barcode at the pumps. it shows that the scan was successful and to begin pumping gas but it doesn't seem to work. I'm having this issue at every location on any pumps. But of course it works when I use my debit or credit card to pay at the pumps instead.

The app is embarrassingly trash. Majority of the time, it won't open properly. More often than that, it won't work at the pump so the gas savings are non-existent. The only useful thing about it is the ability to view gas prices. That's worth two stars, but I don't believe it's worth giving them the ability to send me a bunch of junk notifications and emails.

the qtpay feature is nearly useless because it won't actually engage the pump almost every time I've tried to use it. Now I find out that the money that got authorized from my checking account took DAYS too long to withdraw and the "check" bounced so I started getting calls from a debt collector saying I owed them the amount that apparently didn't go through when I HAD IT in my account, plus a $30 late fee. So yes, I saved $1.26 their app but got charged an extra $30 in the end! Great job!!

Not sure what the point of this app even is. The online ordering rarely works, I often end up having to go in, ask about my food, and show them the order on my app. Curbside is nonfunctional. QT pay has mediocre benefits. This leaves the promo offers which have been terrible to useless lately. For how high-quality of a store QT can be, their app doesn't reflect it at all.
