Sometimes Network Issues & sometimes speed. that is why 3 star. if you improve your network without break and improve speed i will be giving 4 stars and above. It's not happening right now, it happens sometimes not everytime. It happens like a sudden storm. No issues right now. I will check for next coming months. My plan is 6 months. I will check your speed and network issues within this span of time for raising the Star ratings to 4 & let you know about my account details after that. Thanks.

Most disappointing internet experience in my life. Encountered numerous problems multiple times literally EVERY month. And then they say it will get fixed soon and it does but then the problem arises again. The problems just keep coming back. >>500 ms ping, connected without internet, not connecting,disconnecting in between, speed dips are just a few of the problems we've faced. You may get attracted to the cheap prices and high speeds but don't get fooled by that. Get ANY other ISP but not ACT.

The service provider with worst customer support. They'll be active only when installing new connection. Once it gets installed, it will be difficult to even get in touch with any technician. Even customer support is worst, and keep repeating same words whatever you say without even looking at the concern. Would never recommend anyone to use it. We can cannot use the app at all there is no button to connect customer care or any plan related details. Monthly once interenet will not be working

This is the worst service I have ever taken. Very bad customer service. They act superfast while giving connection and taking the money. But very late for resolving the issues. I could only have had it for 2 weeks. Continuous service interruption and they took days to resolve the issue. No proper customer support. In 2 weeks internet stopped working for 2 times, each time they took more than 36 hours to resolve the issue. APP doesn't provide much help, you can only open as many tickets as you ca

Could be better if you could kindly fix the "change plan" option in the app. Whenever I tap on the change plan, I'm receiving an error. It's just showing "welcome (my name)", that's it. The app is not showing any kind of upgrade plans. I've been facing this issue since I installed this app 3 years ago and still there is no solution for this error.

Few months passed by and still the app opening issue is not resolved. Right after App opens, the UI landing page is blank and flickering a lot forever. It doesn't seem to be with account, but could be a generic problem for some android phones. Need to do clear data frequently to avoid the issue.

Multiple and basic issues with Act. The chat support on the app is useless, it's standard automated responses, there is even no option to transfer to a live agent. I have deactivated one of my old Act account more than a year back and they can't delink the account from my profile due to which I have to enter the active account 12 digit number everytime I call the support number. After all the hassle I reach the customer care, the call drops multiple times and hardly any immediate call back.

I'm experiencing disconnect every month and said to fix to buy it never happened like days and had worst experience having net speed slower don't recommend for any other when they want to add the connection the call you like 1000times but when got the problem they don't want to answer the calls. Very worst experience having this network.
