This app has improved over the last several releases. Some of the charges are incorrect. For example a flo station in Campbell River BC charges $25 per hour to charge and $25 per hour when not. The app determined it would take 34 minutes and cost me $23.52 to charge my car. It should be $14.70. The ability to plan a round trip would be very useful. The Range Calculation is interesting. The app doesn't follow the Battery at Arrival settings or Show Alternate Stations.

Had a very frustrating experience trying to get charging started. Parked in a parade that had multiple levels cancel the map had multiple icons to select from. No where could I find the charging station! Yes my location and data was on. NO ability just search for a specific charge station. The help feature was not helpful. The support form I filled out had logic errors and after taking the time to give them feedback, the form errored and my time was wasted. Drove to a Tesla chg.

Basic app. Functioned pretty well across many provinces. The biggest issue is the lack of notifications. It would be nice to be notified if a charger you are waiting for is now available. There are a couple of tethered Flo units in our city, and the tether makes it impossible to charge if your port is on the opposite side. So please get rid of the tether system and just allow users to wrap the cord around the post once they're done.

App signup was so glitchy that after I signed up and added an initial $10 to my "wallet" (why can't it just charge as needed?) it wouldn't let me select the charger I was parked at until I added $10 more to my flo "wallet". So now I'm stuck paying $20 for a $3 session. Cool cool cool cool.

I don't care for the surge pricing and hourly rates, given how slow the chargers are, but they are plentiful and the app is fine. I would like it to show more charging information and allow alerts or auto stops at certain thresholds like 80%.

I wish they would provide a status of the charge % instead of just the power delivered (the pictures in the app shows that). Not sure if this statistic is not available when charging at a free charger vs a paid charger. It would also be nice to see a charging trend like the Chargepoint app has also. Lots to improve on the customer facing front. One can only hope. Thanks.

I can't remember a single time when I was able to charge my vehicle at a Flo-enabled electric charging station. E.g. ID numbers on the chargers don't match the ones on the app; Flo won't approve credit card; plug on multi-car charger won't fit my car

No waitlists - unacceptable. Four more cars showed up after us. We got an "authentication error" and we had to call customer service. They rebooted the system but it appears ultimately it was because not enough funds were loaded. That's completely foolish, we put our credit card on our account and loaded funds - it should have be fine.
