I absolutely loved Burger Farm in Chomu! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Great variety, crispy fries, and super friendly staff. It's a clean place with fast service – perfect for a quick bite or a chill hangout. I highly recommend it if you're in the area! 🍔👌

Worst experience, the burgers didn't seem fresh as they were already cold when served. App shows 120 cashback which i never got, raised an issue there but they didn't reach out yet.

Very bad experience with Burger Farm. I ordered a burger, but when I received it, the order was completely different from what I placed. On top of that, the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. They did not offer any support or solution. Extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Trash app. Ordered from the app. 75 rs cashback was there for the order but only 12 rs cashback I got. cashbacks and offers in this app won't work on the outlet.

I had a terrible experience with the Burger Farm app. After placing my order, I called the outlet 20 minutes later, only to find out they hadn’t even accepted it yet. It took an hour before I heard anything, and still, my order hadn’t been dispatched. To make matters worse, the app doesn’t even offer a cancellation option. This service is unacceptable!

It is not that user friendly. It doesn't detect the location correctly. And there is no option for cancellation of the order. Plus when we had an issue with the order the outlet number given was switched off. The franchise and staff itself are very nice and helpful but app is not up to the mark l.

Terrible experience! The burger was overcooked and dry, with bland, stale toppings. The fries were cold and soggy. Service was painfully slow despite the place being nearly empty. To top it off, the staff was rude and uninterested in resolving complaints. Never coming back here again!
