Completely disappointed by the buggy App. When I choose destination as Point B, App should show results that pass through or end at Point B. Unfortunately, this App is also showing results that never pass through Point B, making the Booking cumbersome. Please rectify the error or else, this App will end up with more installations. That said, Very very sorry about that..

App Integration is good. No online tracking is bad. Before 2020 tracking is superb accuracy in arrival time and maps even at small village places also. After 2020 it's get modified but gps tracking of busses are forgotten. If you do this, app get awarded 5stars

I am not able to see the wallet money, I can't add money to it from mobile app. When I try to use the money in the account, I am not able to make the payment. If I click on the make payment using wallet money, nothing happens. When I use phonepay or GPay I can make the payment. For your information I have around 3k in my wallet, my ticket amount is around 700.

The app interface is better than other transportation facilities and after update most of the stops are missing. I want all stops list like in previous version Or else it is very difficult to find exact route bus I mostly be traveling from Bangalore to Andhra Pradesh so it shows only Bangalore it want every stops present in Bangalore

Worst experience when I check the if I cancel the ticket how much money will return it's automatically cancelled even it's doesn't ask any confirmation it's doesn't not show are you sure want cancelled or not, this is not correct due to this you must improve everything, when I am booking it's asking so many details and after proceeded like that cancelled ticket atleast it's ask confirmation but not,

Comparing to website this app is too good and easy for ticket bookings. But , I have created an account with username and password, but I'm not able to login with thr credentials and got thr "invalid username or password " Pop-up. Then I created new password, even after got same issue, don't know why. If you provide any solution for this. Then please add some placeholders in text boxes. That will be more helpfull for the new users.

50% of the time the amount deducts from bank but the gets something went error message without ti ket details. We don't know whether ticket booking successfully or should we book the ticket again considering previous failure. If you are not able to deliver a big less version then don't release version. Previous version used to work without issues. Worst app releases and worst app maintenance. Even it doesn't deserve 1 star.

Giving 2star .. latest application same like old application taking very long time to open to search something.. always showing browsing browsing.. mapping also not working properly use latest technology we are wasting too much in this app.. Private applications are too fast.. We expecting atleast latest application give better results And village services tracking also not properly.. If app give better performance I will change rating after month. Thank you..
