A modern, smooth, and bug free interface 👍 Also friendly and prompt service going TO the airport, including checking £6 Vs free car park BUT needs an option to view an expense receipt for completed bookings. Clearer drop off/pick up location + option difference for airport. Booking by giving flight info is great idea, but needs way for user to easily track current status and ability to give updates as user gets through airport, to reduce waiting around for either driver or customer.

I'd like to help local business but booking with you online was pointless. I didn't realize that you expected me to confirm when I was at the free parking by phone so I lost time waiting for a car that wasn't coming until I phoned. I would have been better on Uber. on top of that the credit card didn't work so I had to pay cash. not great.

Useless. Takes bookings despite having no available cars. I booked on the website and my booking was there for the airport with no problem, so all looked smooth sailing. However noticed it didn't have the house number so thought I'd can to check it was picking up the home address I'd saved and the guy says they have no cars for then and it's taken the booking despite no cars being available. Unbelievable, do not rely on it or them as far as I'm concerned.

Before the new app came , you could book a taxi very easily , now on the new app , when you try to book a taxi , it says , can't except bookings at this time , this happens every time I want to book a taxi even during the day , what's the point of this app when you can't use it.

Ive used this app for many years and it's been great but I've just changed phones and now can't use it. It's asking me to re-register: so I put my phone number in and get the code and enter tgat ok, but when I put my email address in, it says it's already in use and I can't get any further.

Booked a taxi, said 20 mins, after 30 called and they said it's just around the corner, called after another 10 mins and same answer, gave up after 50 mins. Was obvious by tracking in the app that they were redirecting the taxi
