Installed your app and tried to place an order. But couldn't select the time. I changed the date but still same issue. I tried placing order through your website but there's no option. I talked to your representative on phone, he said "book order on app". But your app is not working.

During this pandemic, this app is really helpful with support and saved my time to organise other activities during my free time. This app got a easily usable user interactive interface and the customer service is very attentive in solving the problem and they are helpful and responsive.

I recently had the misfortune of using the Barbera Home Salon application for a haircut, and it turned out to be a truly disastrous experience. I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the level of service and the complete lack of experience displayed by the barber assigned to me.strongly advise anyone considering using the Barbera Home Salon app to think twice before making that decision. The unskilled barbers and poor service quality make it a complete waste of time.

From last 2-3 sessions whenever i tried to book an appointment first they will book tjat and by the next day they will cancel the book stating that the beaurician is not available for the services and also they charged minimal 500 rs which is unnecessaaryif the cliwnt does nt require so much services still they say atleast we need 500 to do the job worst home salon app i ever seen . Again i booked it two days before first they confirmed the booking then next again cancelled at last moment

Bad experience... I booked three times on barbera for service and called professional they say , app k through Booking hai ho jayega then message comes your area is out of zone.. such a bad app either don't take booking through app or provide your service whereever you are. A person say will definitely try to reach but no response comes then..my slot was 6-7 but he said barbera times is from 7 Am. Such a bad app . If it is far away then don't take booking from Application. please remove your app

This app is not as good as they show firstly they will show you offers...the employee who came for home service. She told ke that facial which Is provided in the package is not good for your skin do not opt for it otherwise I will be responsible. ...I thought they know better than me so I did firstly my face was fine that but afterwards I am getting a lot of acne...I booked offer of 999 in jaipur but she charged 1000 for the facial she did .. instead of 999 I paid 2600 to her... I hate it

Giving 1 star because there's no option of giving 0 star. The app is pathetic in the first place, it will never work. The service is so bad they will cancel your booking for no valid reason even 4 times in a row. I had started using their services during covid, when we had no other options. The quality of service has only declined since then.
