It's been a couple of months, and I have had a great experience! Was recommended the relocation wiring kit because I didn't like how the main device would be in the location of interest of the burglar... rewired and very pleased with its now difficult to find location and its reliability and sensitivity to touch or alertness and tracking!! It's very worth it! Has given me lots of peace of mind!

My favorite thing is how easy the Carlock app is to set up and use. I like the fact that it can tell you if you're driving harshly. You can turn the feature off or on It's great if you have kids to keep an eye on Whether or not they're developing bad driving habits. Easily plugs into your OBD2 port or you can do an easy remote to wire install. The accessories (like additional motion sensor) are super easy to pair to your unit as well.

Very good app, and I am satisfied with the service. I do like the battery health, and even the safe driving feature, which allows me to brag (and is a passive system). I WOULD RECOMMEND, if you have the smart tab, that you place it & your key fob inside of a small Faraday bag, to ensure that it doesn't arm/disarm.

If you are driving a modern Hemi-powered Mopar, CarLock is a must have. While not a theft deterrent, CarLock provides near real-time alerts to your Apple or Android phone any time someone tampers with your parked car. It should be central to a layered system of security and notification devices a thief has to hurdle before being able to drive away in your veihcle without permission. No less than economical piece of mind when your vehicle is out of sight. I use it, I recommend it.

Excellent! I now have 2 vehicles using CarLocks services. It's very reliable, easy to use, and no fuss. One of my vehicles is used mostly for work and with the option of changing a trip to a business trip it makes it easier to submit my mileage claims. I've never experienced an issue with CarLock over the last 6 years which just makes everything worth the while.

This does not work well with android at all, atleast not with samsung. My phone will not make any sound to notify me for vibrations or anything, it just logs it on the list in the app after several minutes. Which makes the device and app useless, when i looked online trying to troubleshoot the problem i found this is a common issue among samsung phones. I also read that the device works better overall with iphones, so perhaps its just not meant for android yet. Which is very disappointing.

My son got the Car Lock for me as a gift and came to install it, which was super easy. I downloaded the app and everything worked PERFECT! No glitches like some apps. I couldn't believe it. I have mine set to alarm itself automatically when I leave my car after 5 minutes which is a great feature! My daughter's new BMW was recently broken into and I will recommend CarLock Gail

Good deal for people who want to keep tabs on your vehicle. I have had a few minor issues with the settings, but overall very happy with it. The car lock tag quit working, but found out it was the battery. That option is awesome when it's working as my vehicle is a service van, and I go in and out of it constantly. It's a piece of mind when it's parked away from my house and contains expensive tools. Annual price is reasonable, but piece of mind is priceless.
