I have been using this app for years, but since the most recent update (Sept 2024) it crashes every time I tap on a notification to read the article. Samsung phone with latest ui updates.

This app used to be great, then all I got was blank alerts literally 20 times a day. Now I get 15 notifications in a row and 14 are blank.

To many notifications. I counted 8 within one hour. In app settings it says turn on we promise we want bother you with to many. Getting notifications every 5 minutes is not ideal. It's becoming a nuisance. Breaking news and weather is one thing. I don't need notifications for every single thing that goes on. I can actually watch the news for that

I really don't like that the ads take up half the page. I can't see the radar clearly on the weather portion. I also really miss the choices of overlays for the radar. When I updated a couple months ago, everything was different. I don't mind the news included. Just want the radar and forcast setup that I used to have. I loved it before. Don't know why you changed it. I am now searching for something simular to the way you used to have it.

The only part I hate about the app is commercials during the live feeds when storms are going on. Having to sit through a lot of unnecessary ads while a tornado is knocking at your door is crazy. I need yall to fix this because a lot of people depend on James and the weather team at the most important times. Especially since tornado season is approaching.

This app sucks. When I try to watch the news I get two or three minutes of news and then a screen that says we'll be right back... Only problem is you never come back. Or if you do it's 10 minutes later. I feel like I'm only getting bits and pieces of the broadcast. And I know it's not my signal because I tried it on different sources. The fox 6 app streams much better so I can think I'll just stick with it.

I'm trying to listen for tornado updates, the app keeps losing connection, and then I'm hit with advertisements. I'm running about 50/50 James Spann and some idiotic commercial for Cartoon Town. You think maybe y'all could disable this absolute nonsense during "catastrophic" tornado warnings? I mean really, watching A COMMERCIAL is not my preferred way to go out of this world. Good lord.

This has been my news app for years. Within the last few weeks a Google ad blocks the 7 day forecast. Very frustrating. I have reported the ad to Google but its still there. It's annoying enough that im about to change news apps.
