Önce onların online portalı kullanmaya sağlık kuruluşu tarafından erişim izni olması gerekir. Eğer bir hesabınız var, sadece Cerner Sağlık kullanıcı adınız ve şifreniz ile HealtheLife uygulaması oturum açın. Birden sağlık kuruluşlarından portallara erişiminiz varsa, size uygulaması aracılığıyla katılan tüm portalları görebilirsiniz.

This app is a waste of time. If you're going to have an app for people to use for healthcare, at least make it useable instead of useless. I've been able to log in a total of twice with the app. Every other time I have tried it says my session is expired, or just boots me out all together. Much easier to just go to the website link and log in there.

I've been using this app for a few years and it has been wonderful, very easy to use, user friendly, you get all you results with just the touch of a button. I love that I can just email my Dr with any questions or concerns. I've never had any problems with it. The only downfall is I get my results before my Dr so I'm stuck waiting to hear from her to see what the next plan of action might be.

The app USED to be great! Now I'm not sure WHAT'S happening, as now... when I try and send my Neurosurgeon a portal message, it only gives me the choice of sending to two completely unrelated providers, both with last names starting with a "C" and not the "H" that I need! Almost like there should be a scrollable list of providers, but there aren't!! ARGH!! So super frustrating. 😖😤 Please fix this!! I'm here right NOW to uninstall and RE install, and hopefully that will be the magic sauce!

Will not accept login. It just says, "Your account is locked for 24 hours." After time passes, attempt to log in again and get locked out. After waiting 24 more hours, try the website with the same credentials, and it works. Log out of the website and try the app... "Your account is locked for 24 hours."

This has got to be one of the worst apps ever. It rarely works at all. I can only even log in successfully maybe one out of ten times. I end up having to use the web interface, so there's no point to this. Deleting it.

It is confusing the icon is different than the invitation icon. The list to choose from does not have a search you have to scroll down hundreds of options. And clear as to what I come are using Southeast health Life or doctor's name things don't match

I lowered my rating because for quite a while now after I try logging in to one of my patient portals, the login page refreshes without logging me in. After a few attempts it will say something about credentials expiring but continuously returns me to the login page. I've tried clearing cache/ data/ etc with no success. Is there a fix or workaround for this? I love the convenience of the app but it does me no good if I can't access my information.

App only allows you to login once after installing. If you try again, it just takes you back to the login. If you want to access the app, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app again. Rinse and repeat.
