The app is simple to use however if you prefer to book a taxi, for example 2 days in advance I'd expect it to be there on time instead I found that 1/3 of the time it just wouldn't turn up, maybe less of a complaint with the app that the company itself however it ruined the experience for me, I wouldn't use again

The user interface has been drastically improved when compared to the old app. I like the option to select various vehicles. However, at the moment, it only allows you to pay a fare using cash or a company account (though the app description claims otherwise) . This is quite the oversight, especially during the current pandemic, when people make an effort to avoid using cash.

Best taxi in Aberdeen. Friendly and helpful drivers, never had any issues with them.

Very poor service. Used the online booking, prebooked for the next day, phoned to confirm. Taxi didn't arrive. 20 minutes after booked time I got a message that they were looking for a driver. Then a message to cancel which meant a long awaited GP appointment missed & important meds not picked up. Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of service, lack of communication and would not recommend Comcabs to anyone. I will never use this again.

The app was not useful. I used the pre-book function for a morning ride, and it did not turn up. When I called to ask what is going on with my driver, they said they are still looking for one, I am in the queue. I just ended up cancelling and walking with all my luggage. Pointless function really.

I used different taxi apps in more than 20 countries over 4 contents and i can say this is the worst app I ever used, simply the app is lacking better estimates for trips as well as no record of old trips and last the system doesn't generate and send trip receipts and it has to be requested from the driver, with no much help from support teams. Overall unpleasant experience.

keeps saying cannot book a ride based on the method selected. I've tried doing an immediate booking and a reserved booking for a future date and it still says the same thing. The app has suddenly stopped working for me and is basically useless.
