I cannot limit users' network speed. Even the website version's QoS does not allow for selecting a speed in kilobytes per second (kbps). I am considering changing my Wi-Fi router brand, as this is quite disappointing. I have contacted them through email, and they promised to fix this issue in the next update. However, they have not kept their promise.

"I am using the Cudy WR1200 router, and I noticed that the app lacks a cloud control feature. It would be very helpful if this feature could be added through an update. Please consider implementing this in the next version of the app. Thank you!"

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and I must say, the design and functionality are truly impressive. The user interface is sleek, modern, and highly intuitive. In terms of functionality, the app runs smoothly without any noticeable glitches. It’s responsive, and the features are well-structured, making it easy to accomplish tasks quickly. Features i would suggest are - Dark mode - More advanced customization options - Notifications and customization of them.

Still not fix, totally disappointed Update: still do not working. The firmware is up to date, can't log in to the router useless app, and is totally disappointed App not function can't connect to my device Follow up the instructions, and nothing said connect to the cudy wifi the I am and can't detect the router. This is dumb fix. This issue this is important to be able to determine what is connected to my network and what the point of creating this app

Bought a Cudy wr3000 and the app can't recognize the router. So, can't even use the app. It's literally useless.

Compare to the web interface of the router menu the apps doesn't have many options like QOS limiting internet and more . It would be much better if the apps has every option that available in the web.

So another edit, thank you for at least reaching out. I have updated the version from the download center to 2.1.2 DE and I have confirmed it is Cudy RE1800 V2. Everything is up to date and set up as it needs to be but I cannot get it to work. Please stop trying to defend yourself that I haven't updated or saying some things that I have clearly stated in my previous edit on this review. I have now completely changed it so I hope now there isn't any misunderstanding.
