The app is really bad. I'm trying to register but it keeps turning me to the sign in page and even when I sign in it keeps telling me to sign in first. So really WHAT!!!!!!

Please provide an option to disable marketing push notifications. The app′s notification categories in the notification settings aren′t descriptive. Will fix the rating when the issue is addressed.

Horrible! They assign different prices based on where you are, even though there are no additional costs or anything. I'm trying to connect to my doctor's while abroad, not end up selling my kidney to talk to a professional on the phone. If you care about your spending and rights as a consumer, then you should definitely steer away from the application. Moreover, they contacted me on WhatsApp without permission and can't find a way to delete my personal data from the application. What a scam!

Drapp is user friendly and very convenient to use. Having the doctors' bio displayed helped me quite a few times to pick the medical professional needed when I didn't have someone specific in mind. I always had highly professional and pleasant encounters in all of my consultations. This app is very practical especially if you live abroad (and happen to be a hypochondriac like me!). Medical teleconsultation is such a practical tool. Thank you for this great app!

I highly recommend this app for health consultations. I've had two experiences with different doctors, and both were incredibly responsive in a short amount of time. The app offers a wide range of medical and mental health consultations, making it easy to find the care you need. The payment process is seamless, and the app provides a sense of security, which is so important when discussing health matters. Overall, a great experience!

I installed it and forgot about it. I didnt even signup nor used the app. About a month later today I received a notification that my name is Kareem which I'm not and that I have a pending payment!!!!! WTH. So I opened the app, I see indeed I didn't create an account nor have any consultation & no pending payment.. So the only explanation is that notification is bugged and I most likely received someone else's notification.

I recommend this app to all my friends who live abroad. There's something amazing about having a doctor at your fingertips especially when you feel really sick and helpless and can't speak the language of the country you live in. I've had a great experience with Dr. Samer Abourizk, and I ended up taking an in person appointment when I visited Lebanon. I always feel guilty asking a doctor family friend for a consultation over the phone for free, so drapp really relieves the guilt.
