Gotv has always been a highly regarded satellite TV decoder. However, my main issue is that whenever the decoder is rebooted, it defaults to Channel 1 (Go Channel) instead of resuming on the last watched channel like most other decoders do. This lack of memory for the last viewed channel can be quite frustrating. Thank you.

My experience with the MyGOtv app shows that GOtv doesn't value its subscribers. For the past three months, I’ve been unable to log in to recharge. Despite numerous complaints on various GOtv platforms, their support has been unhelpful. The toll-free customer care numbers provided never connect, and they’ve even stopped responding to my complaints online. At this point, I’m actively searching for a better alternative.

Overall the app is sleek. I love ❤️it. I wanted to downgrade to smallie but smallie package is not in the app. More importantantly, I'm not happy with the profile editing section. OTP doesn't get sent at all so I can change my phone number and other details. I tried the web version, that one is even worse. Pls fix so OTP can get sent.

Guys I took out my 5 star rating to 3 because lately the gotv app has been really annoying I was trying to make a subscription now and it's not even complying at all I used to pay with transfer through interswitch and it was good and smooth before but after this upgrade you guys did the app has been really slow in network please guys you need to improve the network of the app now I can't make payment because I don't have any way to do that I will just have to leave it work on this

Everything is great, except the pricing. Great content but price keeps increasing when it should be getting more affordable as /for new customers /to join and old customers /to stay, especially with the multiple internet options now available. This young generations ain't loyal. I unhappily had to downgrade subscription. Next price hike, I'm out. I'll get what the young ones are getting. I took my time on this knowing I speak the minds of Many. So Multichoice, wake up! Name Made, Stay in Game.

Can you guys please work on your network issues? It is so so difficult accessing the app. Anytime I log into the app, it takes forever to load or connect. I would have to try and retry for hours. This morning it is as usual the same connection issues, when it eventually came up, you're asking me to update. Now I have updated and the connection issues have started again. Why didn't you just let me do what I wanted to do before forcing me to update, why?

Before now it's difficult for me to subscribe to the MyGOtv app, but it is recently working swiftly. In terms reaching out to customer care, it takes ages. I think there should be multiple means to communicate to the care center. I discoverd that the facebook accout no longer function to chat effectively, while the mobile number I have is unreached. I can only reach only via the MyGotv app, it's obvious that the volume of customers attention much more than the attenders.

Gotv's service is the worst ever! I truely regrete buying gotv. First your channels keeps changing numbers, now I can't find my favorite channels. Second you keep forcing your app users to upgrade every 3 weeks without a sensible new feature being added to the app.! Thirdly your services changes with change in the weather. During raining seasons accessing all channels are totally impossible even after changing antenna positions thousand times !
