Horrid app. Tried to make a payment, and it won't allow me to enter 90 cents, it skips the cents so I could pay only amounts that end in .00. Tried to round up, but it won't let me pay more than the amount charged. So will they cancel my policy because I paid 90 cents less? That would stink. Tried to go back and pay the 90 cents separately, but it won't let me. Have to log in every time to use the app, what's the point? Worst app ever.

This app is horrible. A pop up constantly saying Sorry..., however you can still login but it might take 3 or 4 times before it loads properly and allows you into the app. Please fix the app, it would be nice to have a whole new app with a new UI. Some Enhancements, allow users/policy holders to make changes to their policy without having to call.

This app is a disgrace. Everytime I open the app, I get a message "we're sorry", followed by something like that the app cannot be opened at this time. However, if you X out the error message, you gain access. Don't be sorry, fix it! Try searching for your policy details and the app will open them for you tomorrow. I used to think highly of Amica at one point, not anymore!

App does not allow adding a credit/debit card. Website does, and you can use it in the app once added via the website. Seems like a bit of an oversight in the app. Being a software tester and someone who believes the app experience needs to be at least as good as the website, I'm giving it a single star to get the developer's attention. Will update once corrected. As of 3/13/2023, this has not been corrected.

Just want to use app to make payment. Need to update app Should be simple but wants to update on ALL devices, but can't do that for dome reason-issues. Won't update on phone only or give me options. Bottom line can't update app on phone to make payment. Edit: I did not want to update on all devices. The app wanted to do that but buffered interminably. I fixed the issue by completely uninstalling app on phone and re-installing (on phone only - where I want it) from PlayStore. App works well.

If you need access while on the road with no internet it doesn't. It also does not work with my password program. As far as I am concerned it is junk. It is now helpful. It is so much work to get the code and Amica's servers are so slow sending it. Not worth your time. The response I received from the developer was basically who cares what the customer wants.

Good app when it works, but still a lot of bugs to fix on latest release. The app often gets stuck loading when logging in, and often get error messages when trying to review policy info. Perhaps you need to do more testing before each release, since these should not be common issues on a phone running Android 11.
