The app keeps showing "disconnected" in the top corner and when I click on it and scan the QR code it says "you are already connected to this network" but then it still shows disconnected. Same for the skills app. Works fine on IPAD pro but I can't get it to connect or work on android. Its frustrating. *update* Customer support emailed me and told me to toggle off mobile data and that fixed the issue. Thanks.

In recent versions they've locked the data table view to landscape (on Android at least), which essentially makes it unusable. Too bad because I really like reviewing data on older versions which allowed a portrait mode. Reported this bug ("feature"?) a month or two ago with no response. The 3D view is useful, but there's little opportunity to review your data unless you use a tablet, which isn't always convenient.

Great difficulties getting app to work with Samsung Tab S2 (tablet) and S9+ (phone). Couldn't get the phone to connect automatically using QR code. Eventually figured out how to manually connect using the device serial # as network password. The tablet connected eventually after several scan attempts. Also can't easily align with target because I don't get the yellow line described in the manual. I get a pair of arrows but these are always aligned horizontally no matter how I orient the screen.

I've used this app for over a year and have been really happy with it. The numbers seemed fairly accurate until the latest update (5.0.5). Now when I have the slightest mishit, everything is wildly exaggerated. I did contact support and they were quick to respond. However, they only gave the basic "are you using the stickers" and "please provide pics of your setup" types of response and provided no solution to the problem. And they won't commit to fixing the app. Not happy at all!

User experience isn't very smooth. Some issues when wifi gets dropped and losing weather conditions. Viewing data table on phone isn't very good, forcing you into side view. Exporting data from app isn't a thing... yet, I suppose. Otherwise, does pretty well.

Was excited buying this launch monitor but the app just crashes constantly rendering it completely unusable. Very disappointed given how much this cost (which, ok, is reasonable compared to other launch monitors but it is still a lot of money)

Using this app with a normal Mevo. Works good in general, however the challenges don't have an option to set altitude. As I'm mainly using this on the range, it makes the challenges completely useless as the carry distances are way too short without the altitude setting. I have to set the altitude to max (5000m) to get accurate carry distances with range balls. I have contacted Flightscope and they said they have no plans to implement altitude into the challenges which makes zero sense

The app works flawlessly when connected to my Samsung Note 10, and Apple iPad. You have the ability to record your swing and the shot calculator appears to be super accurate. It is an excellent garage practise tool. I have had an issue with shots not showing up on iPad, but it was quickly fixed in a subsequent update. Never any connectivity issues.
