I have had lots of struggle using this app from two months until now. There are lots of errors, especially errors during exercises and I ever got one big problem from this app. There's a time when GO Expert didn't detect all my questions that I answered from the exercises that they gave me. I did my exercises around 06.00 AM but I just recognised they didn't detect all my questions that I answered when the class began. They should recognise the problems. Otherwise, the rates will decrease lower.

So many errors in this app. Like, sometimes I can't submit the answer, can't see the question list, etc. Not just system error, but the question itself has an error, like a typo that could make the question seem impossible, a seemingly wrong key answer (this of course after I discussed with my teacher), etc. How can this application help students to study if this application has so many errors? I hope the GO team puts attention to these problems.

Because of the leaderboard, it gives me motivation to practice more and more. The problem is, theres too many updates, and my storage is dying (welp). Also, sometimes theres several server error when im practicing in the app that makes me cant save my progress somehow?? Pretty laggy id say. Also pls add solutions to every questions, whenever i answer a question wrong, i wanted to know how is that not the real answer, but then theres no solution which made me kind of annoyed. Well thats it.

I hate this app so muchhh like oh lord, don't get me started on just trying to load anything. it's just so bad, for a self proclaimed company with a pretty 'GOOD REPUTATION' you probably expect something like pretty good app. It is just so embarrassing to have this abomination of an app with THAT reputation. I hate it so much, it always says that there is an intetnal error or there is connection problem at the server. If i could give this a zero star i would, hands down the worst app ever made

They tried. There's quite a number of bugs, and Yadayada is still lurking. nothing's perfect. The app wasn't too bad if you managed to use it wisely, and I don't expect anyone to read my stupid reviews, which eventually made me feel awful. I only meant the app is terrible, not the whole associates,,,,💀 By the way, if online are such a hassle, here one can ask directly to the tutor, but you know.. that makes this app pointless. I sincerely apologize for the affect I cause.

The server is so slow, the study material is good, but the 'supposed study tips buddy' is not even working, nothing is working properly in this app, everything is janky and unresponsive.

Just imagine how much money the students' parents spend for the course, and yet the app is that bad. Time out, connection lost, and errors.

This app is bad , it takes too much phone storage , so many bugs , errors that is so bad , i can't save my answers and the update is so useless my phone storage is running out so please make the update that can make better server that never error and bug out
