No way to contact support, account requires info not necessary for a load of wash, they provide wifi but it takes 5+ minutes to install the app due to slowness. I had created an account in the past but don't have those credentials anymore, but it also won't let me use my phone number for a new account or recover my account with my phone number. All of this when they shouldn't need a phone in the first place. Also requires camera for QA and mine is broken. Also doesn't let you use on VPN.

Horrible UI/UX design. The app automatically signs out of my account after one hour. Very annoying. I only use this app because I have to.

Some texts don't work with dark mode, they use a white font over a white background. This happens with the "..." (More) option, and the guides text. There should be an explicit message saying the confirmation code will be sent to the email, not as sms; this is confusing as you ask for both data.

Does not work with US phone numbers. Everytime you enter the country code, +1, and attempt to sign up for an account, the app will force close and you won't be able to create an account. Fails to load US flag as they described in other negative reviews

There isn't a physical card dispenser. The ux is trash. Whenever I leave the sign up page to look at say my email and I come back it makes me start over, same for when I went to look at verification code So here I am with wet cloths (there is a washer in the Airbnb) Your TOS forcing u to use real full name 0/10. Have a section where I can add my payer info or have ability to connect to PayPal. +1 star because at business hrs I emailed them they responded fast

app works fine, machines are terrible, I put my clothes on the hot and higher setting, to ensure cleaning and they came out smelling only as if used with water, would not recommend , can do a better job by hand

Does not accept my American phone number, keeps closing the app. Possible because my phone has no phone coverage. Can't use this app just in WiFi mode.

Despite calling itself an easy washing machine app, it's impossible to use for me since it won't accept Discover.
