Earlier software was good and riders had no problem using it. Now this software is very difficult to use. When 2 orders come together, there is a problem with which order comes first and which one comes later. 1= There should be a confirmation option when we collect cash. 2= most of the times when order comes it doesn't make proper sound,only a beep but all other notification sounds it's gives properly,big headache,doesn't make any sense. 3= when screen if off order can't be accepted automatically. These three are major problems I faced on duty.hope you ll do something.thanks

1. Auto accept not work properly. 2. Auto cancel happened with performance down. 3. Keep changing the login point every 2 week make me extra 80km drive everyday. 4. No fixed delivery zone, have to move all DUBAI. 5. For car no extra milage fee. 6. Even i login 5 to 10 min before my login time it shows delay login. LAST UPDATE JUST MADE THIS SOFTWARE GARBAGE.

Better app but the worst concept. Anyone delivery complete immediately they given new pick-up. But one person started duty, and he couldn't receive an single order at the shift end they didn't give. Now kuwait these type of issue going on.

Simple and convenient, but can you please allow riders to I identify or choose between a double order which one to deliver first because most times the short distance order is delivered last am but that is always closer. Please do something about that 🙏🙏🙏🙏

When the app is open and order comes it doesn't sounds. So if you didn't turn on the Auto Accept option you missed it and you don't know. Within minute the orders comes and goes and you know nothing. So This is my 10th time missing the order while I don't know. I request the developer to put the same sound of order even if the screen is open. Thanks

The update that includes changing the shape of the map is very bad. I hope the other shape will return !

This application is very good but in Qatar ordering system handover to very bad person They are not giving order from near customer location even have same restaurant becz of this mostly rider got frustrated and hit vehicles somewhere
