This app is like scamming. I couldn't cancel my car wash subscription, so I deleted my account, and I am still getting notifications that loop shell still trying to charge me. Lately, I complained bout the wash, not working right. Feels like they are trying to steal my money.

I liked that there was an app to keep track of your rewards within the loop rewards program. However as of recent, the app does not even open up. I thought it was initially an issue on my device; until, attendance confirmed that it is not working and has not been working for months now.

After the most recent upgrade. The app no longer reflects my points. I have emailed them and received responses but I continue to have the problem. I have cleared the app database. Cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, changed my password..still no good. No points listed on the app. Be wary of upgrading this app.

Pretends to give freebies but there's no way to claim it because of a bug on the app. You need to show a barcode to the cashier in order to claim the freebie, but when you click on the button, it doesn't work and it just takes to the home page. Loop employee doesn't even want to believe me that there's a bug in the app, and they accused me of having already claimed it. Please make the app better, or hire better QA Engineers/Testers.

Can't open it, I tried for days to change my phone number, but it constantly went to the verification code screen, and was sending the codes to a none working phone!!! I finally was able to change the phone number in the store, but now the app will not open, it will not link to my fuel rewards, I'm an employee and don't want to miss out on the few perks I have!!

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! Not worth the supposed savings & certainly not a bargain. FOR THE WHYYYYYY?! Do I NEED location "on" to select a loop store near me to view their info, I have the zip/postal code. What if I'm looking up for someone who isn't local to my fn pin drop? Not seeking directions or gps route or transit info: JUST GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE LOCATION. Don't care who's on their register or "cooking". UNINSTALLED AFTER 20 MINUTES of blocking my permissions!

Just cancelled my subscription because the last two times I went through, it told me I had used my allotment already. After waiting in line, the only acceptable solution is to pay out of pocket or go inside and waste more time. I'll go somewhere else, thanks.

The app worked before do you have a programmer that can make the app functional? It's terrible you may as well get fired. Seems to me your improvements aren't really improvements at all. Extremely disappointed. What a sucky app!
