Very buggy app that is hard to sync with fans, refuses to bind to Google Home (always goes to the help screen instead of calling the app like it says it will) and simply will not let me set my location (the map it's loading never loads). Suh a shame because the fans are elegant and quiet. Also, we installed three fans in three bedrooms and getting the supplied remotes to sync individually is hell. I can get two synced but the third aways messes the other two up. All in all, very frustrating.

Don't get it! Difficult to set up. Everyone links to Google, but it takes 3 apps to link it to Google, then it doesn't always respond to your voice commands. If you change Internet providers, be prepared to want to smash everything trying to update the WiFi set up

Ok finally got it connected. You are better off downloading the smart life app . Google assistant will then pick it up , once authorised , voice activation kicks in ... Finally, it does work on yhe 5ghz network.

Very reliable app and the devices too. I've never had any trouble with the Lucci equipment and will keep buying more.

Don't waste your time, just use the smart Life app directly, in my case with smart Life using it with a fan, just add new device, other, other WiFi and it should find it. Then add smart Life to google home and Alexa.

App Crashes everytime try to access camera. Resetting camera or reinstalling App doesn't fix the problem. Terrible product.

Bought 2 bulbs, installed the app only to discover you are forced to create an account. Otherwise you have a dumb light with no control. An account for bloody light bulbs... Binned both, not even worth the drive back.

could only add 1 downright bulb. reset and started again 4 times. 1 would work the other was always be set to offline and wouldn't work
