Logging on leads to an infinite purple screen. Updating doesn't work. Redownloading, updating, Clearing cache, Waiting months doesn't work. UPDATE 11/25/20: Nothings change. Purple screen of death every single time. UPDATE 9/17/20: I'm on the re-redownloaded latest version of the app. Its running on the most powerful phone in 2020. I'm getting the exact same glitch as I did on my last phone for the last nearly 6 months.

This app doesn't work with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I click the app, I get a completely white screen. The app never lets me access my account. I've connected with my cell service as well as my wifi. I've also restarted my phone. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing has worked.

Remotes are a hit and miss if they work. Tried to get into account, and it does absolutely nothing. Tried email and text, nothing. I am so irritated right now.

Not great! 4 years later and even worse. APP is just a white screen on Samsung s23. I've tried clearing, reinstalling but it doesn't work.

Tried adding my phone number for text updates and it says My phone number is not a valid number. Also, please add outages to the app because the website is horrible when trying to use it on a cell phone

The app doesn't work anymore. I've used the app for years, and suddenly I can't get past the login screen. It tries to load and then says "an unexpected error has occurred". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I get the same message. My login info works on the website, but I can no longer use the app.

I was able to log in right away and did not get stuck on the purple screen like the other reviews say. My only complaint is that they've highly raised my rate for internet two months in a row now and I can't afford it anymore (if they raise it the same amount next month, it will have doubled!), but the app doesn't have a "cancel service" button. But of course it doesn't, because they want our money. I'll just take my modem back into the shop down the street and tell them I don't want it anymore.

I cannot log into the app. I constantly get "an unexpected error has occurred. " reading the rest of the reviews, it looks like this has been an issue for quite some time. EDIT: after deleting the app and redownloading as suggested I can now log in.
