Half baked app, very disappointing. App changes modes 3 days before boarding, so has bo useful pre‐board information like room number or location for embarkation port. Once on board, it's difficult to find the most critical information. Only a partial selection of deck plans are available on the app (once you find them). It took two days to find where the daily events were hidden. Doesn't work off-ship, so can't review schedule, contact phone numbers, anything.

The menus change each time you drop down the menu. I Tried to show another passenger how I got to a certain screen example showing the screen to see what state room # you are in. The selection in the drop down menu was not in the menu. I showed her my room # then backed out to the home screen hit the menu tab and the menu had changed. Very frustrating I just hope they do a better job operating the ship.

By design, you can only access the hub while connected to the ship WiFi. Once you disconnect, you can no longer access messages with other passengers, reservation information, and ship itineraries. Obviously this is highly problematic once you're off ship at port. While on the ship, the app works most of the time, although the UI is not user friendly and messaging with other passengers is hit or miss.

This app is nearly unusable with how cumbersome, slow, and featureless it can be. It links out to the website, a lot, which defeats the purpose of having it. I can't delete messages, the navigation is poor, and it is just clunky. It gets two stars because at least it doesn't crash, not that it loads in any reasonable amount of time. It needs a lot of work and I'd recommend using the website, but it's not much better.

1995 app. Can't print necessary docs. From the day we booked this cruise, we've had nothing but problems with this app. We try to book excursions. It's constantly telling me to log off/log back on. It took me 2 1/2 days to book transfer to the airport. Another couple in our party had the same problem. Some areas make you scroll and scroll instead of being able to jump to exactly what you want. I tried using the search instead, to no avail. I could list MUCH more, but I am out of space.

Terrible app... Doesn't work most of the time. After initial sign-in, Everytime I tried to access it said I needed to connect to the ship WiFi to access ... Accept that I was already connected. I tried turning wifi off and on and nothing changed. I was stuck at the "need to connect to ship WiFi" page and could move on.

I've been on a few NCL cruises over the years and it's gotten no better. Constantly crashes and the alerts for messaging don't work reliably. App permissions are a joke... You give it access to storage and it complains it doesn't have it when you try to send pictures. For some reason it never asks for notifications permission and leaves it off by default.

Terrible app. It was rarely up to date with what was going on on the ship, we couldn't get deck plans for anything but deck 8, and the onboard messaging caused the app to crash. Also, we experienced a lot of connectivity issues where the app would lose the ships wifi. If you plan to use this to do a anything meaningful while on board, think again.
