do not get this app, they have fake numbers of clients that don't respond. you will see I promise you, try this app and see how they steal your money. The clients are fake, the numbers go to voicemail. personally I think it's an inside job, someone is in the inside doing fraud. I'll get the news people to their homework on this company

Accidentally hit the back button on phone when I was almost completely finished setting up account after spending 20 minutes choosing trades/categories and everything was lost and took me back to beginning, very beginning. Started with little but of info a second time and hit back button to see if first time was a fluke, but no, took me back again. If these issues occur just signing up, I can only imagine the frustration that awaits. I'll pass on spending money to lose data and potential leads.

The app seems to work ok. Navigating the pause notifications is not easy. There is no way to turn off the "opportunities" notifications that continue to bombard you constantly. If a "pro" has his work area set, then why bombard the "pro" with opportunities outside his chosen area? App needs to allow for the "pro" to choose whether he gets opportunity notices or not.

They are trash!! They hound you to sign up just to collect from bogus and fake leads. Had to keep pausing the leads every 30 days, and they would not reimburse my money when the system automatically charged my card. So not only am I stuck with a $400 budget on here, the leads aren't even up to date. It says March 2024 as the latest leads. Complete waste of time and money

I was very excited when I signed up on the Network's app but I soon discovered that the app was not set up for success. I ran through $300 worth of leads ( which happens to be the minimum to sign up) and did not get in front of one customer. I was on top of the leads and answered them back very quickly but again did not get in front of one customer. WHEN I try to call my rep to discuss this I left messages and never received a call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

Basically stole my money. I paid to get started, got a ton of leads. When I called (immediately) I would get no answer, confused civilian, disconnected number, etc. That's fine, just give me credit where credit is due. I was credited 10% of what I spent. Customer service rep apologized, then asked me to spend 3x the amount I originally spent "and they would make sure I saw a return this time." No thanks! Give me credit for what you took the first time!

I paid $300 for 4 leads and the other paid leads had no information on them but a name and phone number. I would call, text, and text these numbers and never get an answer or reply. They said I would have more then I could handle and they screen all there calls So if you don't mind paying $75-$100 for each lead then this is the business for you.. I have credit which I can't get back and have to use for leads when I haven't gotten a real lead in almost a week.

The app itself is ok - maybe 4 stars. The leads though... The leads are just contact info and basically people saying they need something done. There is no information like measurements or area; no budget info; no timeframe. It's just contact info and then they are asked to give a description and a blank box to fill in. There are not any detailed questions that can determine job scope. Basically turns your biz into a call center sales team to hopefully get back the ~$50 you paid for the "lead"
