Used to be great, but the last like 6 months, I have not been able to pay my bill through it, just tried a few other features, like email update, same issue, I get a prompt to call metro. I have changed nothing about my account or anything, just one day, I couldn't pay, and I have to go the website and enter my card every time. If it's the same next month, I am uninstalling the app completely

I have a Metro PCS plan of two phones for just $60 monthly which includes 2GB of data (internet). Lastly, the data has been reduced or blocked after 1.5GB until I pay the next bill. It doesn't accrue unused data from prior months, and if I reach 1.5GB instead of 2GB, I have to pay $5 extra to 2GB again because if I pay $60 in advantage, I still don't get the 2GB data until the due pay day.

Metro pcs is not worth it anymore. Verizon offers plans with unlimited data and hotspots, while metro price gouges people on hard times when it comes to being able to get a cell service. This metro app stalls, freezes, won't log in, and is 0 help at all. I've been a customer for many, many years and can never be offered a phone for a discount, I have no data and my phones never run correctly. I am currently looking for another carrier, so that I don't have to suffer this company any longer.

I've had nothing but trouble with anything to do with Metro or anything affiliated with it. They also have lousy customer service - they may mean well but their customer service is still woefully lacking. In my opinion Verizon actually is much better & they're customer service is actually very good!! I'll have to switch to another phone carrier service because I've had nothing but problems with Metro & they have had so many data breaches and Metro doesn't really care about their customers.

Not a good first impression. I'm attempting to pay my bill and everywhere online it says how easy it is. But that's not remotely true. So I'm really into all the app and hoping for the best. The "try again later" option doesn't even compute. Just delete that as an actual option as it's obtuse and negligent of the person that you are trying to keep as a customer. I'll do what I always do and use the chat that is 100% almost failed proof. It's every mobile carriers best option.

TNT: Not happy with this app, it use to work really well when I first signed up. It was the best for making payments without having to go into the store or use 611. Not happy with it at all, and I can see also, that it's hit or miss on certain costumers who have been getting issues with same problems. Can it be fixed please. If there is no need for this we should be able to uninstall it. Especially because I haven't seen and update in a while.....

App working great since recent update. I have been and still are a Verizon customer. T-Mobile (metro) has come a long way but not enough to give up Verizon which I don't like. BUT metro has amazingly fast lte going as fast as 80 mbps. On Verizon my average is 4mbps but never faster than 15 which was rare for me. I love the unlimited, and have went well over the 30gb limit which is when network speeds could be reduced depending on traffic. I'm up to 43gb and still going strong. The only thing keeping me at Verizon is their reliable connection across the country.

the only issue that i continue to have is with the Alcatel 7, it has been nothing but problems since I've bought it. I'm not charged to pay over the app (at least not now), the store is fine and friendly. It would be nice if i can upgrade to another phone, free of charge. This phone is just pure Garbage. additional: it says the app needs updating but it will not let me. so whats the point!? edit: the app doesn't work at all
