Can't login, very frustrating. I like the shop and the people are very friendly.

App is inefficient. I've been a customer for over 10 yrs. I have installed, uninstalled, and updated. It will not let me create an account yet. I receive emails daily. Also, I think from a marketing point, do not advertise incentives, promotions discounts if you cannot redeem them. In store locations rarely provide discounts for premiere members. I.e bundle Wellness packages, before committing to an additional $54 additional per month for this? I pay on an annual basis.

New update is junk, went to go log in and you can't even press the log in button after you put your email and password in. I would love to see what's new in this update but they've got some bugs to fix before you can even access it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and did not fix the issue. PBT please fix your app. UPDATE: Thank you pbt for fixing the issue. I wish you guys would allow purchases of sessions, etc on the app. It would be much more convenient.

I have never been able to log in and use this app. If I could rate this app a ZERO if I could. Support is terrible and not at all supportive. You really really need to fix it. Case in point...I just redownloaded this app and changed my pw. Tried to log in... just sits and spins. Constant issues and error of whoops something went wrong when trying to sign into the web. Have you actually even tried to use your own app or web app? Get it together.

I haven't been able to even open the App in days. Also,I haven't been there in almost 2 months, used my last expensive membership before summer and today they decide to take $50 out of my account. They will try and try to deduct from account no matter what. I will expect a refund TODAY, as I am pissed!!!!

Absolutely worst app ever! I'm not going through all this to tan, so if I have to use the app to tan, forget it! Doesn't accept password, can't reset, useless! I am signed in on the main website, app has never allowed sign in. Leave well enough alone! PBT is my favorite place to tan, so drop the app. It is in opposition to the stellar service provided in store.

Terrible! There seems to be a very long delay in order to inter login and then when you go to enter password the keypad covers up what you're attempting to enter so if you're off by one character, makes it difficult. I don't want to spend my time recovering the password because it won't show as you enter it. This could be much easier friendly.

The app was great until I was logged out at the end of June and now can't get back in. I can log in on a computer just fine. They tell me at the salon it's because I have an Android. They require the app so it's a problem to even go tan anymore. Please fix this!
