Love the program, but the app is not my favorite right now. I no longer have my action list and I can no longer access my journey. I can log my numbers and message with my coaches, but without the journey and action list, it feels like just a recorder. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, log out and log back in. Help would be appreciated.

The sync doesn't always work with the meter or the weight scale. I sent a picture of the label for weight scale and the IT dept still insisted I type it in a email. Ridiculous! Then regardless if I check the messages, it will not update to read so the annoying red dot of incompletion stays. In addition, the email assistance did not solve nothing... So disappointed

This app is horrible. I've had nothing but problems remember me doesn't work and after you report the problem it takes a couple days just for someone or AI whichever to get back to you. Just to tell you they are giving your problem (s) to the team. But this isn't the only time I've had issues with the app. I sure hope they get it together. **Update** I've been off this app for some time now and believe me when I say this it's still horrible and a true waste of my time fighting it.

Over 67% of the time, the app reports that it is not able to send the data and to try again. Restarting the app and entering the values works half the time, restarting the phone is often necessary. The developers need to get on this. Very frustrating. The team obviously doesn't know how to fix the problem. Looks like it's existed for over a year. Instead of requiring a server connection, store the user info and upload it in the background. Do something. Provide an update on your issues.

For such a wonderful program, this is an incredibly annoying app. Easy enough to use, but it regularly signs you off and when you try to log in it says "wrong password." OK. So, even tho it's the right password try to change it. No matter what you choose, it tells you it isn't in the proper format. SO irritating. You can Uninstaller and reinstall the app and it usually works but bottom line is you really shouldn't have to!

Ugh ... This app is terrible. "Remember me" doesn't remember anything, it takes forever to load, then it can't connect when I need to read a message or upload my daily stats, or respond to my coach. It won't save any progress for assigned tasks either. This is beyond frustrating. I thought this whole program was supposed to be easy, but this app is making it difficult.

Very buggy, app freezes up or shuts down within seconds of opening. It used to be good, but now it's worthless because you just can't use it. Virta tech support Says this was supposed to be fixed in the last update, but it is not fixed. UPDATE: App is shutting down about 5 seconds after it is opened. Going the wrong direction. UPDATE: VIRTA support responded with the following hoop to jump through: Install version 2.58. I did, and of course, there was no change.

I am really enjoying the success I'm having with this program and the app makes it easy to manage my lifestyle while using Virta. The app occasionally lags when logging on but since I don't have the latest and greatest updated phone, I'll assume part of the issue is on my side. It's also nice that I can stay in daily communication with coaches and members when I need it
