Not a good experience, with serious issues: 1- If you are picking up someone, and when you get there, you stop the car, and send them a text message to come out, it will flag that you were using your phone WHILE DRIVING. And if you call, it will consider that you were talking while driving. 2- I'm on call at work, so sometime I get emergency calls on Microsoft teams. Microsoft teams calls do not work when this app is running. 3- Hard braking detection is too sensitive. Don't use in traffic!

It doesn't always track your trips, the past number of trips were calculated but for some reason my return trips were not calculated, it can be frustrating when you are trying to get to your minimum of 1000 km so you can start using your discount. I've also noticed that the hard braking tracker is way off. I always give myself space and for some reason I've been pinged with hard braking when I know 100% I didn't. The app is glitchy, or they just don't want to give you the full discount 👎🏻.

I signed up for this in hopes of having a discount. I'm using a Pixel 7 and after driving with it for 5 days, it's recorded part of 3 trips out of 12. it didn't work at all until I turned Android Auto off. I'm supposed to travel 1000km in 6 months which is not a problem but I'm not convinced the app will record it. I tried removing it and reinstalling it, ensure I had all the green check marks in the diagnostics. Still not working properly.

The goal of this app is definitely not the discount. It started at 30% first month and gradually decreased every month, getting to 3% on month 6. Final discount: 3%. Last few months I drove in the Alberta winter conditions, so definitely I didn't speed or break. And why is not the discount the average of the 6 months and just the last month? Not to mention the bugs in the app where it showed 1000 hard brakes on one trip 😂 Garbage app. Waste of time and battery. I regret wasting my time with it

Zero password protection, no record of insurance, wants to track fitness activities. If I pull over to use my phone, use it before I start driving, after I've parked, or the phone tips in the cup holder, the app registers it as using the phone while driving. Only provided a 48 hour window to audit trips. Single trips are broken into multiple trips. If I could give this a negative star rating, I would.

I think it's quite reliable in monitoring driving. The only concern was about the sensitivity on hard braking as sometimes you will have to brake a bit faster when car in front braked suddenly. It's only a reaction of most careful driver would do but unfortunately the app would count as your hard braking & reduce your discount. This function is not practical especially when you're on highway that nobody would keep a safety distance of up to 5-6 vehicles length or you will get into trouble.

It's ok. I appreciate the 30% discount for sure, but it does seem to think turning a corner at normal speed sometimes is a braking event. The battery drain is HORRID. I play Pokemon Go and it uses less battery than this app, and I only drive 15 minutes to work, then 15 minutes back. 35.5% battery drain today in 10 min of driving. Spotify uses 7%. This app is "always on". Would appreciate if it didn't need to always run in the background.

When it DOES track trips, every parking lot speed bump registers as a "hard brake" as does moving the phone in the car. (My wife caused 8 'hard brakes' in one trip by checking my text messages for me.) I contacted Pembridge directly regarding this issue, and asked for any best practices to keep these false notifications to a minimum. No reply. Also...if you need to pass a slow-moving truck on a B road, just linger in the on-coming lane, because passing quickly will register as 'speeding'.
