İskan ve Şehir İşleri Bakanlığı, “2022 yılına kadar herkes için konut” hedefi ve daha etkin bir şekilde uygulanmasını sağlamak amacıyla ülkenin kentsel alanlarındaki konut sıkıntısını gidermek için Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Kentsel) PMAY (U) 'yu uyguluyor PMAY (U) Misyonu, Bakanlık düzenli olarak programların kilit göstergelerini çeşitli alanlarda izler.

Mobil uygulamanın amacı, tüm Misyon Bileşeninden PMAY (Urban) yararlanıcılarına şunları sağlayacaktır: -

1. Yararlanıcının ailesinin yanı sıra tamamlanmış evlerin 02 yüksek çözünürlüklü fotoğrafını (en az 300 dpi) yakalamak ve yüklemek.
2. Ev sahibi ile 02 faydalanıcı selfies yakalamak ve yüklemek.
3. PMAY (U) logosuna sahip yararlanıcı evinin önünde 01 video klip [30 - 60 saniye) yararlanıcıların başarı öykülerini yakalamak ve yüklemek.

Faydalanıcıların referansları hakkında fotoğraf ve video bankası oluşturma temel fikri, Faydalanıcıların deneyimlerinin PMAY (U) uyarınca bir pucca evine taşındıktan sonra dönüştürülmesini içerir.

1. Onurlu yaşam, Temel Kolaylıkların Kullanılabilirliği (Su, elektrik, Mutfak, tuvalet vb.)
2. Yaşadığı Duygular: Artan Benlik Saygısı, Gurur ve onur duygusu, Geliştirilmiş Sosyal Durum, Aile için Güvenlik ve Güvenlik, Kız çocuğu için Korumalı Çevre, özellikle kız çocuğunun eğitimi.

Very worst app got verified and enrolled on pmay u clss scheme on Sep 2020 till now in third stage only no subsidy released, now could not track status too very poor scheme why so much delay or publicity like giving.

Worst app and worst scheme ever. Stuck at step 3 and the app doesn't allow to track the clss status. Why make anything which you cannot be worked out. Govt should either remove this app or make it work atleast to know the status that we are getting the benifit or not. End to this topic would be more appreciable.

This App is too slow once click on generate OTP it will not show OTP option, but if you uninstall and reinstall thae app it shows OTP option but very next the problem is same not getting OTP page once click the generate OTP button. Secondly OTP generation is very late and after putting correct OTP it will show invalid OTP. Still it is not working and giving the above mentioned problems and errors. Guys you need to resolve this issues and even we try after uninstall and then re-install no change.

It's good that users can get info of their subsidy claim status but app does not works proper. When I installed this app it was working fine and no problem at all, but after few weeks issues started. I stopped getting OTP on my registered mobile number. How am I supposed to check status.? I also mailed this issue but no reply or solution till date. Please solve the problem ASAP..! Do the needful, thank you

I got an issue after beneficiary login- Steps- 1 Select the state and enter the OTP first received OTP in device and OTP verified toast now but not redirected to next screen. Can you tell me why I am stuck in Verify screen I have already verify. It's a very major issue fixed as soon as possible 2.Still not fixed after OTP verified not redirected to home screen

Please add a possibility to know where an application stands in que at each stage (e.g. app shall indicate "You have 1000 more applications before you"). As feedback to grievance I always receive feedback to track the application, which is being done.. but without waiting number proper tracking is not possible and we cannot know where the application stands and how fast it is moving in the que.

Wrost app, its very complicated to enter, doesn't get auto OTP detection. The login page is not stable . Some times we exit the page due to another activity ( suppose attend a phone call) the entering page will be invisible. All details will be gone. Plz upgrade app easy to use its a request.
